Provincial Reconstruction Team Zabul - Forward Operating Base Smart

The following photographs were taken on 08 March 2012. John Matthews, in full Afghan traditional garb, takes a moment for me to show off his high-value duds. Moonrise shots are amazing anytime, but this one, on this night, over Qalat was incredible. Danny Leonard looks as though he is bringing the moon to the PRT. The two of me below are pretty neat too. Finally, the last shot is of a roof on a new building we are having constructed in a nearby district. If you look at it carefully, you may notice that there are not any roof drains, hence the swimming pool appearance - it will be corrected, obviously. Enjoy!
