FOB Smart at 0900 - Friday
Another Friday has arrived and all is progressing appropriately this morning as it should. I have workers beginning their tasks on my FOB expansion project and likely the workers on my nearby outside-the-wire projects are also starting their daily tasks, although some will not, as today is the holy day in the Muslim world. With another less intense days planned here at FOB Smart, it should prove useful for paperwork catch-up and work planning for the coming week ahead.
I imagine all of you had wonderful and delicious Thanksgiving meals today, yesterday for me, and that, with your bellies full and heart's content, sleep is moments away. I shared Thanksgiving with the soldiers and civilians of FOB Smart yesterday and had conversations with a couple of you back at home.
