Thanksgiving Day 2011 - FOB Smart at 0730 - Thursday

Good night and good day, y'all. For those of us fortunate enough to be serving our country here in the Middle East, it is Thanksgiving already and our delicious meals will happen in no time at all. More important than the meals though are the many reasons we all give thanks on this wonderful day. My reasons always begin with being thankful for my family, friends, health, and my Thanksgiving would never be complete without recognizing the inspiring beauty of service performed by those whom we may not say thank you to every single day - our soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, coast guardsmen, policemen, firemen, and civilians working in the service of people. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all and may God bless the Dallas Cowboys. Amen. LOL
